My Plain Hot Sauce

My Plain Hot Sauce Recipe (the measurements in grams is for double batches)

Ingredients

1. 10 chilli’s 63g

2. 1 Red Bell Pepper or Long Sweet Pepper 184g

3. 1 small Onion. 223g

4. 2 tablespoons of honey 60g

5. 4-6 Garlic cloves (optional) 43g

6. 1 teaspoon of salt

7. 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar (you can switch for white wine vinegar or plain vinegar)

8. 1/4 Cup of water

Roughly chopped,

Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes

Blend

Return to simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.

Blend again and put into bottles
